The other night I had a look at the new Yellowstone series that is called Marshals, and spotted one of my designs for Aker Leather on the main character.

Let's face it, concealable holsters get used in film and tv only when they are paddle holsters, because the director can have the propmaster add/subtract a holster without requiring the actor to remove his or her waistbelt (cowboy era gunfighters have their complete holster and belt set added/removed, ditto the Dirty Harry character had his shoulder holster added only when his jacket was going to expose it; it was not worn in his action scenes).
Below, same holster as shown on Aker's site (now no longer owned by the Aker family since Kamuran's death in 2020). I miss the guy, he was a straight shooter, as is Gene DeSantis who was also my customer in the '90s, but still living thankfully:

Above version is strapless, below version is as-used in the series with a thumbsnap:

Below, "ALWAYS SHOW THE BACKSIDE" is my motto on forums:

And for the ladies, from Mysteries of Laura, same holster in black:

Yes, I admit that my 'fame' here, plus A$5.00, will get me a 'free' latte at a local cafe :-).
