Holstory the Book is About to go on Hiatus

More than a thousand copies of the three editions have been sold around the world, at U$100 each, since the First Ed appeared late in 2018.

Above, the Third Edition features the only Berns-Martin shoulder holster made for the Walther PPK of James Bond fame, emulating the 1950s horizontal style invented by Chic Gaylord but rejected by Ian Fleming for Bond.

Above, the Second Edition features the only original holster of Texas lawman Tom Threepersons, whose 1920s holster spawned a style that is reflected in both the Brill holster for the Texas Rangers, and the Myres holster for the FBI.

Above, the First Edition features on its cover the very first Berns-Martin 'Speed' holster set, made by Jack Martin for Elmer Keith after Keith designed the style with John Berns in 1920s Alaska.

So if one goes to order any of the three editions, all of which have been available, don't be surprised to find ordering 'turned off'. Other projects beckon, and I'm old (nearly 80) and my much younger (third) wife's own retirement beckons.
