The Third Edition has added a Prologue and an Epilogue for a total of 50 pages more than the Original Edition.

The Prologue outlines the contributions of the late 19th century beginning with the close of the US Civil War in 1865 until the 20th century begins for holstory with the Brill that is Chapter One. Let's be frank, only one company contributed a single set of innovations then: Wyeth Hardware & Mfg. in Missouri, called the Olive pattern holster and the Scout pattern belt.

The Epilogue then chronicles the designs for a dozen companies from 1970 to the start of the 21st century, by me for the likes of Bianchi Holster and then as Nichols Innovation for many more including their dates of introduction. Other design innovations of that period are already covered in the Original Edition but there were NONE other than mine in the 1990s which intentionally were omitted from the Original.

The main chapters of the Book beginning with One are identical to the First and Second Editions, except for some very minor corrections to immaterial errors such as JFK's assassination date being shown as both the 22nd of November, and the 23rd, when it was only correctly the 22nd.

There is no limit on the number of copies at the discounted price.

You can choose the economical Media Mail method if you like, which is faster than you'd expect; but then bear in mind the delay while the printer INDIVIDUALLY PRINTS OUT YOUR COPY, then posts it to you. The Legacy of Gunleather
